Josophan's chocolates - Blue mountains
What a find! truly amazing...to die for chocolates! Jodie recently won the top award for the 2009 Australian Callebaut Chocolate Dessert Competition beating my current guru - Adriano Zumbo!!! She has trained in France and Belgium and her cafe just down the road from the shop sells amazing cakes as well. All her chocolates are handmade, no machines, no preservatives, they stir and temper by hand.... I am just going to have to go to the blue mountains more often now :)
