Forty one Restaurant - Sydney

First day of the Sydney International Food Festival and what better place to start dining than at 'Forty one'. We had the 'Lets do lunch' and enjoyed a great:
Slow cooked ocean trout, isreali couscous cooked like a risotto with garden peas, mint, pecorino and guanciale. Matched to a pinot gris and a perfect 31oC weather and stunning view.
