El Toro Loco is a casual spanish place recently opened in manly. I had heard mixed reviews but read a really good review in the SMH so decided to give it a try. I should have listened to my fello foodie friend as I was not very impressed. Within minutes of ordering our food it was there. Portions were very small and the paella really dry and cold. Had a nice big jug of Sangria though.
