Alma - Cocina viva - Cusco

This gourmet restaurant is in the Casa Andina private collection hotel where we stayed in Cusco. For New Years Eve, Chef Javier Morante designed a traditional but creative new andrean dish menu using local fresh produce.

Crusted pepper iberic ham terrine, dijon mustard aioli with apple and pear fried chips

Lamb tenderloin in their own juice with sweet potato, quinoa and mint canelloni

Peruvian corn duet, oven baked corn souffle with andean cheese, peruvian corn ice cream and rocoto chilli jam.

Fallen Angel - Cusco

A real fun place to visit. Every one who walks in goes - wow what a cool
place. Amazing...all you want to do is walk around and take photos. The
food is great as well.
The tables are real fish tanks with fish in them and big beds and sofas
as chairs with plenty of big soft pillows. Very comfortable and hard to
leave.
Lots of great lights and art and sculptures all around. You could even
book in to stay the night as they have an amazing room to let out.
Cuisine is modern peruvian and staff are all very young and friendly and
speak english.

Hello causitas - seared yellow potato causitas with rainbow trout
tartare amd rocoto chilli sauce

Wild mushrooms - spicy organic quinoa and cheese stuffed mushrooms and
nuts

Peruviany - organic tenderloin steaks with red peruvian chilli, extra
virgin oil and karissas little secret

Inka Grill - Cusco

Inka grill is located in the main square of Cusco and is open all day
which is a bonus if you feel like an early dinner. It offers nouveau
andino cuisine and you must try the alpaca and guinea pig here. Both
dishes were fantastic. We would have been happy to go there again the
following night and have the same dishes again.

chiili

Slowly roasted guinea pig and potatoes with olive oil garlic rosemary
and mirasol chilli pepper, served with brown potatoes

Sauteed alpaca tenderloin medallions with quinoa and vegetables
