John Besh is THE local star having won the 'Top 10 chefs in the US' and 'Best Chef in the Southeast'. His August restaurant does contemporary french cuisine making full use of local ingredients. Worth trying the degustation menu with matched wines. The service was spectacular and we had a great night here at August.
