Momofuku - New York

David Cheng now has about 5 different themed Momofuku restaurants in New York and each one is almost impossible to get into. Momofuku ko is known to be the serious foodie heaven. It seats just 12 on a counter around the kitchen and you get served 12 courses on the night over 2 hours. Reservation is just on line and books out in 20 seconds flat each day. Amazing… To my horror - I was not allowed to take photos. So here are just two. The first is of the small but famous 2 Michelin hated restaurant and in the top 50 in the world list. The next is off the web of my favorite dish of the night. Shaved foie gras with lychees, sautern jelly and pine nut brittle. Worth trying to get into Momofuku ko…good luck!
