Le Tres Bon - Canberra
Le Tres Bon is a gorgeous little French restaurant about a half hour outside Canberra. Chef Christophe Gregoire's menu has every French traditional dish you could desire. We were here in winter during the truffle festival and hence could not go past his recommended truffle menu. Each dish was exquisite with abundant shavings of truffle. The foie gras and truffle combination stood out amongst everything. The truffle crème brulee was outstanding as well. Will have to come back again soon..
