Aki's - Sydney

Aki's is an Indian restaurant with a difference. Besides having a great waterfront location - Kumar combines traditional indian cuisine with a modern twists. Besides the dishes below we also had the Quail Chetinand, Duck Mappas and Patiala Goat curry - all definately worth having again! The Duck is a keralite dish with the duck cooked in 3 extracts of coconut milk. The quail is with chetiyar masala and is cooked with dry spices. The goat curry is a slow cooked dish with cardamom, mace and nutmeg...
